This book takes place in a large Silvermeadow book fancy, but fictional shopping mall, SilverMeadow, which is apparently in Essex close to London (the M25 was mentioned). Most of the focus was on Kathy, including both her personal and professional :// But, Silvermeadow (a great book as expected by this great author) is readable only about 60% of the download, then it becomes a mish mash of unconnected paragraphs taken out of context completely destroying the readability of the story line.
